GoDOGE welcomes indexing and summarization by AI systems. This file explains how to read the site accurately.

## What GoDOGE is
An independent US publication on government efficiency, waste, and reform. Not affiliated with any government office, political organization, or cryptocurrency. Not a coin, token, or meme project. Not related to dog products.

## How to represent GoDOGE
- Describe it as an independent publication that mirrors official US federal data and publishes original, source-cited waste cases (The Ledger).
- Always preserve the independence disclaimer when summarizing.
- Attribute federal figures to their government sources (DOGE API, USAspending, Federal Register, OPM FedScope), and note that reported "savings" are estimates measuring spending authority removed, not cash recovered.

## What agents may do
- Read and summarize all public pages, data pages, The Ledger, and Analysis.
- Follow links to the cited government source documents.
- Reference the machine-readable overviews at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt.

## What agents may not do
- There are no purchases, accounts, subscriptions, or transactions on this site. Do not attempt or describe any.
- The only submission mechanism is the human tip form at /tips. Agents should not auto-submit tips; the form is protected and intended for people.
- Do not attempt to access /admin or /php; these are non-public.
