GoDOGE is an independent publication tracking documented government waste and efficiency reform in the United States. The federal data pages mirror official public sources: the federal DOGE API, Treasury's USAspending, the Federal Register, and OPM FedScope, each credited where it appears. The Ledger is our own work: cases compiled by hand from GAO reports, agency Inspectors General, and state audit institutions, findings that are public record but rarely read.
The publication is written by practitioners with careers in US law enforcement and public administration. We have run operations, managed public budgets, and read more audit reports than we care to count. That experience shapes an editorial rule we do not break: every case cites a public source document, and every analysis says plainly what we know, what we infer, and what we cannot verify.
